Topic: 3 tips to boost your confidence

1. In the video, which tip was the most helpful?
- Picture yourself for future is the most helpful tip for me. Because I can get energy by imagining my future.
- Keeping trying. Just do some action, there'll be a result.
- Believeing in myself to improve.

2. Do you have any personal tip to boost your confidence? 
- Tell myself that I can do it. Imagin my sucessful future.
- Praise myself, even it's trivial.

3. Every failure is a step closer to success. What kind of experience of failure has made you grow? 
- When I study programming at first, it's really hard to understand how to coding. But after practicing, I can get it.
- I couldn't ride a bike. When I try it, I always fell down. But after imagining my sucessful riding, I could ride a bike.
- Swimming. I don't know how to float in the water. Every moring, I go to gym for swimming. now I can swim in the water.

4. How do you deal with challenges? How can you transform a challenge into an opportunity for growth?
- I make a plan to deal with challenges. Step by step I can reach my goal. 
- It was really difficult to deal with challenes. But the experience that I did it makes me stronger.
- I just keep going. And I set my role-model. I really wanted to be like a role-model. So I could do my best.

5. Where does the confidence come from?
- Past failure.
- My experience that I dealt with my challenges.
- Personal thinking. 

6. What can you do when you feel nervous?
-  I close my eyes and meditate.
- I simulate my future situation.
- Thinke people who support me.

7. Do you know anyone that has the type of confidence you hope to have?
- Elon Musk. He always says that I can do everything that I want. He's my role model.
- One of my friends. She thinks positively. I like her confidence.
- My high-school teacher. He has a good manners. When I'm worried about my test score, his confidence make me feel better.
